Buenos Aires is a great place to live in and it is really a city that never sleeps! The Argentines are super kind and want to help you with everything. Moreover, you will meet people from all around the world.

As an intern I worked at a NGO that has as their mission to defend the most vulnerable groups in the Argentinian society by focussing on the promotion en strengthening of fundamental rights and laws.

With two other interns from New York we were responsible for fund raising and contacting partners in Europe. All the activities will make you more aware about what kind of social problems Argentina has, and included a visit to a slum since they are active there with a lot of volunteers. Since everybody speaks Spanish it is also a great opportunity to practice your Spanish language skills.

Internship BA is a well-organized organization and was very helpful and always available for my questions. Wouter who received me in Buenos Aires also visited me at the office to see if everything was going well. Muchas gracias Wouter!
